After finishing an MA in Creative Writing at Johns Hopkins University, I attempted a fiction career in late 1997. Stopped short. VERY short. Almost immediately. Studied some more things. Wrote a little nonfiction. Got paid sometimes. Edited a lot. Got paid more regularly.
Starting this fiction thing again, with great trepidation.
(LIES! LIES! Sadly all fiction is going to have to wait until I finish this PhD I am terrifyingly behind on… [26 October 2014])
Currently crossing the Atlantic fairly regularly.
